The service

RegShield AI maps your security policies and evidence to compliance frameworks and produces readiness reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Outputs are decision-support aids, not a certification, legal advice, or a guarantee of compliance with any framework or regulation.

Accounts

  • Accounts are provisioned for organizations; you're responsible for activity under your accounts.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
  • You must provide accurate information and use a valid work email.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; access it without authorization; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law; or use it to violate the rights of others.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Fees

Paid plans are billed per your order or subscription. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, and content (excluding your content), is owned by RegShield AI and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or brand.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. RegShield AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete or return your content per our retention practices.

Governing law
